About me
Nicole Wegman is the founder and CEO of Ring Concierge, a New York–based fine jewelry brand she launched in 2013. Armed with a degree in Fiber Science and Apparel Design from Cornell University and training through the Gemological Institute of America, Nicole formed her design and retail foundation working in product development at Macy’s and as an associate buyer at Bloomingdale’s.
She founded Ring Concierge out of personal frustration with the outdated and exclusionary engagement ring market—driven by a vision to build a more transparent, female-forward experience tailored to millennial shoppers.
Ring Concierge was profitable in its first year and has since expanded to include multiple brick-and-mortar showrooms. Year after year, Ring Concierge has rapidly expanded—continuing to scale thoughtfully, doubling profits, and achieving nine-figure revenue rates—while accumulating accolades such as an Inc. 5000 ranking and Glossy’s Best Omnichannel Experience award.
