Jess Berger is the Founder & CEO of Bundle x Joy, a fast-growing, purpose-driven pet brand on a mission to “Unleash a Happier Gut” for dogs and their people. A first-generation Latina and proud dog mom, she brings nearly two decades of experience from leadership roles at PetSmart and Nestlé Purina. Jess made history as the first Latina to raise over $1M in the pet industry and was named one of Pet Age’s Women of Influence. Through Bundle x Joy, she’s redefining pet wellness with gut-friendly, allergy-conscious nutrition while giving back to fund women in entrepreneurship and local communities.
