Carly McGinnis is the CEO at Exploding Kittens, the LA based hit tabletop game creator. In this role, McGinnis oversees all day-to-day operations including creative development, production and logistics, as well as retail distribution and marketing strategy. She joined the company in 2015 and has sold more than 50 million copies of the game during her tenure.
